How to tell us about your dog

Once you have picked a time, we ask for your dog's name, breed and size. This helps us prepare before you arrive.

Choose the size that is closest to your dog's weight:

• Small: under 10 kg
• Medium: 10 to 25 kg
• Large: 25 to 40 kg
• Giant: over 40 kg

If your dog is a mix, just write "mixed" or your best guess for the breed. Use the notes box for anything we should know, such as a nervous dog or a matted coat.
